My 2012 VW CC was having major issues—the EPC and Check Engine lights were both on, it was idling high, and I was honestly too scared to drive it. Mike came right to me in Fresno and used professional software to quickly diagnose the problem as multiple cylinder misfires providing me with a dealer-like diagnostic test print out. He was incredibly fair with his pricing, and it was clear he really knows his way around German cars.
